Service Terms and Pricing Conditions
1. AWS Basic – Cost Optimization & Performance (up to 4 hours/day)
Monthly Price: €1,495.00 (indicative estimate, subject to specific conditions)
- Includes up to 4 hours of dedicated support per business day, totaling approximately 80 hours per month.
- The monthly fee is based on this time allocation.
- Additional hours beyond the included limit will be billed separately or may require upgrading to a higher plan.
2. AWS Premium – Performance & Optimization (up to 6 hours/day)
Monthly Price: €2,385.45
- Includes up to 6 hours of dedicated support per business day, totaling approximately 120 hours per month.
- The price reflects this time allocation and the advanced scope of services.
- If more hours are needed, additional charges will apply or the client may be advised to upgrade to a custom plan.
3. Customized AWS Infrastructure Consulting
Monthly Price: Contact us for a tailored quote
- Designed for large-scale projects or enterprises requiring full-service AWS infrastructure consulting.
- Hours and pricing are fully customized based on project complexity, business needs, and resource requirements.
- Includes flexible time allocation with options for extended support hours, including 24/7 availability depending on the agreement.
General Conditions:
- All plans are based on a monthly subscription model.
- Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
- Clients requiring more daily support time than included must either:
- Purchase additional hourly blocks, or
- Upgrade to a higher-tier plan to accommodate extended needs.
- A detailed agreement will outline the scope, schedule, and billing for any additional services outside the plan.
